Apply for a Library Card at our Circulation Desk Photo ID and proof of current mailing address and residency are required. Children age 11 and under need to be registered by parent or legal guardian. Your card may be used at all member libraries of the Monroe County Library System and must be presented when materials are borrowed. You are responsible for materials borrowed on the card and must abide by the rules of the member libraries. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately; you are responsible for materials on the card until loss is reported. Change of name, address, residency and contact information must be reported immediately.
