A unique art contest of postcard-sized art work open to students in 6-12 grade who live in or go to school in Brighton.

Entry Garden & Peggy Gowen Memorial
A generous gift from the Friends of Brighton Memorial Library to the Library’s Capital Campaign supported enhancement to the Entry Garden to honor the memory of longtime volunteer and library advocate Peggy Gowen.

Dorothy & Jack Pitlick Store of the Friends of Brighton Memorial Library has a great selection of quality used books at bargain prices! PLUS magazines, videos, CDs, cassettes & new greeting cards. Stop in often to see what's "new".  Funds raised by the Friends through the store and book sales support an array of programs offered by the Library.

Alice Wilson Room
Made possible by a major gift to the Library’s Capital Campaign from Charles Wilson and his family, The Alice Wilson Room provides an enduring service to the community, while honoring Alice’s memory.
Carol Heininger Wahl Memorial Children's Literary Garden
Gardens that reflect a combination of nature, art and literature are a rare and wonderful addition to a community. Children form the essence of our community, and dedication of a space for a Children’s Literary Garden reflects Brighton Memorial Library’s commitment to this fundamental concept.

Entry Art Project is the result of a wonderful collaboration. An abstract design symbolizing imagination, learning and creativity, was created by Brighton High School senior Priyanka Boghani.
