Summer Learning and Reading 2022

Dive into Oceans of Possibilities with us during this year's Summer Learning/Reading program!  From June 24 through August 12 participants can read and complete tasks to cross off squares on bingo boards (or coloring sheets for the littlest readers).  Remember that any reading you do off of summer reading lists for your schools can apply towards your bingos.

Kids & teens can earn prizes for each bingo and adults can be entered into weekly drawings for local restaurant gift certificates.

At the end of the summer, kids in grades K-5 who have completed 5 bingos will receive a book for themselves, and the library will receive 2 books donated in their names.

Tweens & teens will be able to choose a book to keep after their fifth bingo.

Adults earn raffle tickets for each bingo and will be entered into a Brighton themed grand prize package drawing worth $100.

The fun begins on Friday, June 24th.  Everyone can sign up at our kick-off party in the pavilion behind the Town Hall Pool (rain location= our Friends Learning Center). Adults who are not with children are welcome to register at our Information Desk.

Can't make it into the library that day?  Don't worry- in person registration will continue through August 5th.

We also have a lot of great kids programs and projects at the library this summer!  More events for teens and adults can be viewed on our calendar of events./
