Slide 6  This Month's Sunday Serenades is Spanish Guitar music by classical guitarist Lynn McGrath, Sunday, May 22 at 2 PM. 

Slide 7 announces two of our storytimes. Lapsit Baby Storytime for infants and pre-walkers is on Tuesdays at 10 AM. To register online or for more information, visit https://brightonlibrary.eventbrite.com/. Our All Ages Storytimes are on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 & 10 AM. Space is limited and available on a first-come basis. 

Slide 8 invites patrons to participate in Miss Devin's virtual storytimes on Wednesdays at 11 AM and Thursdays at 7 PM. Both are aired on the BML Facebook Page, www.facebook.com/BrightonMemorialLibrary.

Slide 9announces our Read to Lily, a beagle mix therapy dog, program on Google Meet. Call 784-5300 to register. The program is offered on Thursday afternoons.

Slide 10 announces the return of our Take and Make Crafts and Activities. New activities are available each Friday in the Children's Center, while supplies last. Sponsored by Friends of BML.

Slide 11 encourages parents and caregivers with children ages birth-4 to sign up to receive a new, monthly Talking is Teaching Bundle. Talking is Teaching is a campaign that helps parents recognize their power to boost their children’s early brain development. To reserve your bundles, fill out the one-time registration form found at www.BrightonLibrary.org/children.

Slide 12 lets everyone know that Rochester Peer Tutoring is accepting students needing homework assistance. Call 784-5300 or go to BrightonLibrary.org/teen-education for details about becoming a peer tutor or for tutoring help. Ongoing for grades 1-12.

Slide 13 reminds patrons of our two streaming services: Hoopla and Libby. Brighton residents can now stream movies, TV shows, music, audiobooks, eBooks, and comic books for free using the the Hoopla app. They can stream eBooks and audiobooks on the Libby app.

Slide 14 announces the start of the 2021-2022 BML Foundation Annual Campaign. Help expand our services and benefit the entire community for years to come by donating to BML.

Slide 15 lets patrons know the Friends of Brighton Memorial Library Bookstore is open. Most items are $1.
