• BML will close at 5 PM on May 14 for the Annual Staff and Volunteer Recognition Dinner.

• BML will be closed on May 24 and May 25 for Memorial Day.

• BML will open at 11 AM on May 28 after a staff meeting.​​

• Participate in a month-long space-themed scavenger hunt and see if you can find all the pictures hiding in the Children's Center. Bring your completed scavenger hunt to the Children's Librarian for a small prize.​​

• Calm Time Storytime is Wednesday, May 6 at 10:00 AM.

• LEGO Club is Thursday, May 7 at 4:30 PM and Thursday, May 21 at 4:30 PM.

• Guided Journaling with Misty Yarnall is Wednesday, May 6 at 6:00 PM; and Monday, May 11 at 6:00 PM. Registration required.

• Tech Tutor MiFi Tutorials with Rayna are Thursday, May 7 at 3:30 PM; Thursday, May 14 at 3:00 PM; Thursday, May 21 at 3:30 PM; and Thursday, May 30 at 3:00. Registration required. ​​

• Books Sandwiched In: The God of the Woods is Thursday, May 7 at 12:00 PM. Presented by the Honorable Karen Morris, Monroe Community College Professor and Retired Brighton Town Justice.

• Welcoming Pollinators to Your Garden is Thursday, May 7 at 6:30 PM. Presented by Ward Graham on behalf of Color Brighton Green. Register and come in person or via Zoom.

• What is AI? is Monday, May 11 at 1:00 PM. Presented by technology instructor Daniel Jones. Registration required.

• Please note: Due to the Friends of BML Book Sale, we will be unable to accept book donations from April 18 through May 1.
